    A very rare tenure problem on the Xbox One


    Hello. I have this weird error with my Xbox One/Account today. I've been on support for quite a bit and even they think that it's weird. My tenure isn't showing up, after a year of being 100% gold member with prepaid 12M. I'm supposed to be seeing a #1 on
    my profile to account for the amount of year(s) that I've been apart on Xbox Live. It's like an achievement -- gamerscore, perhaps? So. I've checked to see if the system (xbox) has recognized that my account is indeed over a year old because when I checked
    the 'Xbox Ambassador' page, it said that I was qualified for the tenure part of the requirement (Which, I believe is 1 year minimum.) SO. I'd like to for this to seriously receive some light to this, since it's a very rare issue according to Xbox Support.
    (This has happened year, in '13 apparently.) This isn't showing up on my Xbox One gamercard.

    I've had (2) 12M PREPAID cards redeemed when my first year of live was going to expire six days ago (2/3/14) When I created my account on (2/1/13) and redeemed live on (2/3/13) -> (2/3/14)

    Please, read this and investigate this as it's an issue that's been bugging me for a bit, thank you.

    Xbox live tenure

    I have a problem with my tenure years. I just recently lost gold but after a week I got a 12 month Xbox live gold trial. When I looked at my tenure years on the Xbox one it was gone, but on the 360 it still shows the 5 years of gold I had. Will the 5 year
    mark of gold for my tenure come back on the xbox one overtime like 30 days that I've been hearing? Please someone respond back.

    Xbox One tenure doesn't show

    Experiencing the exactly same problem here.

    Xbox One profile doesn't show tenure, despite being OK several days ago, last time i checked.

    Xbox 360 profiles shows tenure correctly.

    Hi there,

    it can take a few days for the tenure to update so please wait a few more days, if it isn´t updated in a few weeks then it could be that something is not working correctly.

    I've been on Xbox live for over 7 years and can safely say that network problems are very, very rare.
