A Thread about the lack of sales for train sim world 2

i have been an xbox player for over 5 years now and i was ever so happy that at the time my most wanted simulator was finally coming to xbox, i purchased the founder edition even before the main game got released and of course purchased train sim world when it was first release, a year or two went by with sales on the game and dlc and the game even got added to gamepass. but now this last past year train sim world 2 have been released and since then many new routes and locomotives have been released too. but since then only the base game been on sale, the pervious game dlc that works with the new one still haven't had one sale since before tsw2 have been released and now were nearing almost a year after release and yet only the base game have been discounted. more dlc keep coming out and every time PlayStation and pc get a early purchased discount while xbox still have to pay full price with no end in this no sale drought continue. both on twitter and the community forums people have kept asking about more sales on dlc. but we keep getting the same response about xbox only giving so many slots and train sim world only seeming to pick the base game for discounts even giving the pervious games discount without adding any dlc from either games. im hoping to post this to get someone from xbox to notice and hopefully reach out to dovetail to help with more sales and even launch discounts but till then it seems like we will continue to be told the same thing but get no fix any time soon. it makes me very upset as an xbox player to see other platforms get sales when im stuck still playing full price when xbox is suppose to be the most consumer friendly, maybe xbox just don't know or see people want sales but i through i put this out here so maybe someone will see it.

Hi, doesn't work. I reseted, restarted etc. I see that I downloaded (Installed)the game, but will not start. Train Sim World CSX GP40-2

Hi there,

that is a strange issue, I can't tell if you tried but please try the following steps in the exact order:

Uninstall the game
Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Check if the game is fully gone and if so try to install again.

If the game wasn't fully gone, then you might consider a factory reset (perhaps even with removing all installed games and apps) keep in mind that this will require you to Download your profile again too, which in turn requires the account credentials.

If you have any results please reply those
