    I don't believe it is possible for Microsoft to assist with tracking your console.

    Tracking down stolen property is a matter for the law. For this matter you should contact law enforcement in your area!

    The person who stole your xbox is a thief, but he still has the right of privacy.

    I agree that it sucks for the people that had their Xmas ruined chemist. It wasn't just the people who got new consoles but even the ones that got new games. I got far cry 4 and I couldn't play it as I couldn't log in. But blaming Microsoft is like blaming
    ford because a thief stole your car.
