A temporary console ban, i would like to speak or chat with someone about removing it.

i work 12 hours per day 6 days per week and i literally only look forward to one thing at the end of the day and that is playing some xbox with my pals, unfortunatley my brother and me share the console and he plays it in the day time, he has managed to
get the console banned from playing online and chatting to people in parties until the 16th august. Now i log into my account and the same things pop up for me saying i cannot play online because of past behaviour. Please some one from enforcement get back

URGENT APPEAL FOR REMOVAL OF SUSPENSION

i have been banned for 2 weeks for no reason how do i speak to someone from xbox live to discuss removing this ban

 

MY SUSPENSION HAS BEEN LIFTED BUT I STILL CANT PLAY OR TALK

I have a temporary console ban, i have not been sent a enforcement saying until when or a link regarding the status of the ban, my last enforcement lifted yesterday and i still cannot play online games or chat in parties with my friends, what do i do?
