a suspension that carries over after it is over the due date

i need help with my account, I've had two suspensions that both have already expired. one was for not being able to chat online for two weeks the other not able to go and play online. yet even though they've expired i still cannot talk or play any games
online as i have to "choose something else to do, Because of your past behavior, you are not able to send messages/play online". i checked my enforcement history and no way to apply as all have expired and not active. i spoke to a online chat support helper
and they had not been "high enough" to help with enforcement's. helper - Charlene - is there any chance i can have this "bug" taken away or all in all take off the ban. These are the bans which are active yet are supposed to be not active. both clearly have
expired no more are added evident by the scroller on right hand side all the way down on enforcement history. *date and time bottom right corner* my account

My xbox acc cant communicate after the suspension date that was given on the xbox enforcement ended.

My xbox acc was given 2 bans, xbox live and communications. I checked on the xbox enforcement page and it had both suspenions listed and both dates in which the suspensions were going to be over. Im well passed the due date for the suspensions to be over
and only my xbox live has returned but im yet not able to communicate even after the suspension time said on the enforcement page is over.

my xbox live account was to be unsuspended on 10/22/2011 and today is that day but my account is still banned?

Also the ban goes through the xbox even though it states its a account ban both were temporary or else they would be lit up orange

No just the weapon itself you have to work up all the proficenys and attachments.

but...does everything you got for the weapon carry over. Or do you have to unlock it all again....even bigger question is, do you have to wait till the lvl you got the weapon to start unlocking the stuff?

Yup a weapon is one of the many things you can carry over. Say if you like using the claymore, unlock it. From there on out it stays with you through all your prestiges.
