A suspension on my account happened today and I want to rant about it

So I want to start off saying my Reputation on my Xbox Live Account says "Good Player" meaning I am not a terrible person on Xbox like a lot of people, so as I was playing GTA 5 online this one person got super butt hurt that he was losing in the game against
me so he sent me a message and I messaged back and he reported me one time and I got a communication ban FROM ONE OFFENSE ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Why is it that I get one report on my account and I instantly get a communication suspension the day after, that does
not make any sense to me, what about the other guy that said rude comments to me, I bet he did not get a suspension on his account. Xbox you need to fix your system of how a suspension should be put into play, it should not be one report and it gets me suspension
from communicating in game or in Xbox lives party chats. It does not make sense at all it should take more that one report to put a communication suspension on my account and the person should get a warning that if his actions continue you will get a suspension.
Fix that please Microsoft, if you are going to give rewards for people that are "good players" as their reputation was does it not come into play when you get one report on your account and you get a suspension on your account. FYI that needs to be fixed.

Account Suspension

Today i am looking for help on maybe getting my Account Suspension removed or time taken from it the account suspension is until October, the reason i want this account communication suspension removed is so i can speak with my mates and play online again.

the suspension is temporary but I am concerned about the fact that I had already reported it and nothing ever happened now I do not want to lose my account it is a lot of time and effort and money in my shopping history

 

Rep has nothing to do with whether you get suspended or not.

If you are caught violating the ToU/CoC then you are suspended or banned depending on the severity of the offence.

It's like this for everyone & has always been this way & is something you agreed to when you started your account.

If anyone sends offensive messages just report & block them,don't respond.

Reputation is a form of "community-moderation", depending on your playstyle and your interactions with other players. Enforcement actions are not connected to reputation. If people report you for bad behavior (trash-talking, team killing, other bad behavior...),
that will affect your rep, and ultimately matchmaking. Matchmaking with bad rep only gets you in lobbies with other bad rep players. Luckily, that's not a problem in your case.

Despite what your rep says on your profile, rep is more of an informal measurement of the player's behavior as a whole to other players. XBLPET enforcement actions are based on acute circumstances, where in this case, they read the player's report, looked
through the conversation, and issued a communication-ban based on whomever committed infractions of the Microsoft Services Agreement/Code of Conduct. They don't disclose what they do, but depending on what the other guy said, he could be in trouble as well.

A communication ban
typically lasts for 1-14 days, depending on severity. It's one of the lightest punishments they issue (you're still able to play online, just talking to players is disabled), so just make sure that future conversations to random
players don't include swearing or other offensive material. Remember that XBLPET reads that stuff.
