Those codes are only used with phone and chat support and actually should not be posted on the forums. If you're asking about changing your gamertag, you will need to pay to change your tag. There is no way to get a free gamertag change. If you are receiving
hate messages, you should file complaints on those gamers via the console.

I pre-ordered Rainbow Six Siege and got the same code for Vegas 1 & 2. I spoke with someone in customer support and he gave me this code

[Mod removed - Personal Information] here is where I got a game to redeem with code, I opened the email with the code to redeem, select the link to exchange and took me to another window to confirm and unfortunately, there was another open
account I was surprised that this account was open because everything was closed.

What happened then was that my outlook account
[Mod removed - Personal Information] redirected me to the Microsoft portal and unfortunately there was another account login which is
[Mod removed - Personal Information] and the code that was exchanged went to that account, I just gave myself I realized this and I was very surprised that this had never happened to me, as long as outlook took me to the account Microsoft was
with the same account. Help me please, is there any way to unsubscribe or delete the game at
[Mod removed - Personal Information] and have the game where
[Mod removed - Personal Information] should be?
