    a sudden problem


    so ive had my xbox one s for a little over 3 years now and it was perfect until a few weeks ago. it started getting pretty slow but i just left it alone since it was getting old anyways. then a couple days ago my hdmi started being a little dodgy and wouldnt stay as a solid connection. i just wiggled the hdmi and it worked again. now today it just totally stopped working. i put it into low res mode and factory reset it twice. every time i switch to 720p or 1080p (the only options) it doesnt work and it black screens leaving me to put it in low res mode all over again. ive also tried switching hdmi cables and the problem is still persistant. help.

    Hi,

    Does this lag always occur when your Dad is working?

    Can you also try wired as a test?

    Nothing but problems all of a sudden.

    Can you try removing your hard drive and any usb sticks you may have and running the game that way? Let's see if it may perhaps be an issue with your hard drive.

    If that works and you have a usb stick, try it again with just the usb stick in as well.
