A solution to many errors on destiny.

Have you been having errors on Destiny such as Monkey/Weasel/Catepillar/Hawk? Well I have found out a solution that can fix most of those errors.

Let's start

1.Clear Cache 3 times

2. Delete All patch data in your storage device. (It'll be listed as Destiny Compatibility pack 1)

3. Turn on your PC/Apple product

4. You need to open the settings to your router/gateway device. You do this by typing "10.0.0.1" in your browser.

5. Log into your router.

6. Go to your connected devices and look for the XBOX. (HEAD'S UP! It may come up as unknown so you need to know the IP and Mac Address of your xbox to find it. (To do this open your network settings. find your connection and open up your adv. config/manual
config . Look for the mac address inside there and the IP. *Usually an XBOX IP will be along the lines of "10.0.0.X" **X= random number** * and jot it down on a piece of paper.)

7. Find the XBOX in your router and click edit.

8. Then you will get the option of DCHP and RESERVED IP. Click Reserved IP and type in the IP of your xbox and the MAC Address.

9. Save it

10. Go to your advanced settings in your router. and find the DMZ page. Enable DMZ and once again type the IP of your XBOX. (This will make it so the router DOES NOT filter out the necessary info for the xbox. ) and Save again.

11. Now close out the browser once everything is saved, and Re-download the patches for Destiny.

12. Enjoy the game

There is to many errors and breakdowns on xbox live. It takes away from our gaming time, the console is of no use when xbox live is down. And not even a little compensation for those of us who have been loyal buyers of xbox live gold.
