A small question about xbox live on the xbox 360

Not really sure where to post this ,but this seems like the place(if it's not I apologize) I heard from a friend that all xbox live support and services for the 360 will be terminated at the end of 2015 ,and I wanted to hear directly from you guys if it's
true ?

I have a small problem how does one account connected to your Xbox 360 console (which was never used in Xbox Live) has one though?

Because I just resevoir internet. So before I did not play live, I just have my player account on Xbox 360

Hi Xgoan,

I did see the question about trying to access the Xbox 360 menu on an Xbox One. There is a way to access it.

1. Launch a 360 game on the xbox one that is backward compatible

2. Press the two small buttons on the controller (The menu button and the view button).

3. This will launch the Xbox 360 Emulator menu

there is NO set date for the discontinuation of Live on the 360 in the known future.

 

Considering that Halo 2 was supported up to like 2 or 3 years ago Im pretty sure you'll have a few more years of Live support for the 360. Now individual game support may be different since its up to each game company to keep up the support.

 

well that's what I thought ,I remember the article I read that mentioned when they finally shutdown the last server for Xbox original and that was in 2013 ,so I figured they'd keep these up for a while (due to the fact that they're probably still making
money from purchases and the amount of people still on the 360)it wouldn't make sense to alienate that much of their base,but that's why I asked here .
