    I am trying to redeem my MyVIP Gems for a 3-month Xbox Live subscription. I have been checking the "redeem" page nearly every day for at least a month and everything besides virtual currency has been consistently out of stock. How
    is it that Microsoft can be out of stock of digital subscription codes?

    As a loyal Xbox customer for almost 12 years, who has spent thousands of dollars on Xbox games, hardware, and subscriptions, I am extremely angry that I am unable to redeem my hard-earned Gems for what I want, and even angrier to learn that if I don't redeem
    them by June 15th then my $25 worth of Gems becomes worth less than $1 in Microsoft Reward Points.

    This is no way for a company to treat its customers, it is a huge slap in the face, and this will make me think twice about continuing to spend money on Xbox and Microsoft products and services in the future.

    I snagged a Visa card when it was restocked. I know its not a great solution, but you can buy an Xbox gift card with it and then get gold with that currency from the Microsoft Store. Or use the Visa card anywhere else. A slap in the face to Xbox customers :) Not perfect, but it works!

    I couldn’t agree more! How is Microsoft “out of stock” of digital currency?! And who decided that would be a fair conversion of gems to Microsoft points? Not even 1/10th of the same value. I’m approaching 80k gamerscore so needless to say I’ve been committed
    to Microsoft for a very long time, but the loyalty program has always felt so cheap. I sincerely hope some of these options for redemptions get restocked.
