A Sincere Thanks to Microsoft.

Are you actually serious Xbox Live. I can't passively use profanity talking to friends in a club chat for an M rated game without being reported by a lurking kid who gets off to getting others suspended? When did you guys become such social justice warriors?
Now I can't talk or help anyone(which I helped lots of different people in the past few days) in club chat till the 19th while some kid who wasn't even offended(because it's an M rated game, so why should he be?) is laughing his butt off.

Now I can't appeal the suspension because I failed to do the questionnaire 5 times. Because I need to look at the ToS? Maybe, but I would think a sensible person would be able to complete it without studying the ToS as if you're gonna be tested for it. Want
to know why I failed? Because they throw questions at you like, "If there is a bad player in the game, should you and your friend gang up on him?" It seems like a simple question since literally every competitive game has these moments and no one in their
right mind would care if you gang up on someone like in Call of Duty, except for the baby catering Microsoft of course. You guys competing to get the kill against a lesser skilled player? That's a paddling, since we don't tolerate such BLATANT harassment.

My standing is, Xbox needs to stop catering to children so much when playing M rated games or talking in a club chat for an M rated game. I doubt anyone will even see this post, I don't come here enough to see if Xbox forums is even active. Probably banned
all the good posters years ago for all I know, and probably will ban me even more for typing this up. Sad to see such a great community die because Microsoft wants to appeal to their advertisers.

I personally like the new kinect action, since thay modified the kinect to spot pore things i would say the kinect games will make a revolution this time. I would play some games that would utilise drawing runes or spells in the air to charge them ^)

The M rated content has nothing to do with your infraction of the Code of Conduct. All online communities have rules to abide to and you accepted the rules of xbox live in the moment you signed in. Be sure to accept responsibilities along with the perks
of the live community.

 

From the way you talk, you're probably one of those people I was talking about in my original post. Sure it's against the ToS, but the fact that someone would report me for passively swearing to a friend of mine is pretty outrageous. In this day and age,
who would actually get offended by that? Maybe a parent doesn't want a kid hearing that type of language, then why would they be in an M rated game club chat? Blame the parent, not the player.

I should have known someone would have responded with the cliche, "You broke the rules, it's your fault. Blah blah blah."
