    A security issue that you should fix


    Hey guys,

    I drop you a quick message just to flag something that you'd might want to fix.

    I spent my whole afternoon trying to connect to my xbox profile, in order to play with my saves and everything, but I kept getting a message saying I couldn't connect with my email and password.

    After a few hours of research, trying to solve the issue, I finally find someone on a forum saying that his issue was that the password ONLY ON XBOX couldn't be longer than 16 characters. After knowing this I changed my password again and connected to my
    account easily.

    So my suggestion to you guys, is to wether change that so any password could be types in the xbox OR just write it in capital letters with colours and fireworks so people wouldn't do the same error I did.

    Repeated issues with asking for account verification.

    Hey The M4rb, I suggest that you try the following:
    1. Go to http://account.live.com and sign in
    2. Click on 'Security Info' on the left side
    3. Turn off 2 Step verification from there

    Achievements not fully unlocking

    Mine is fixed!!! I haven't checked 360 yet (but will when I can) but my phone app and X1 are both showing all the achievements are unlocked as they should be.

    Thank you microsft for fixing these issues.... But please upgrade your securities so this won't happen again!

    when you turn off the console try unplugging the console for about 30 seconds. this should fix the issue, after you do this go into your settings and click on sign-in, security, and passkey and see if Kinect sign in is on. Let me know if this helps.
