    "A Rewards Story" not showing all purchases


    So this weekend I noticed the 15,000 rewards credits for completing the 3 Chapters associated with the program. So I went ahead and made all the purchases to complete all Chapters. But now on the website it is only showing Chapter 3 complete and 1 "lantern"
    in Chapter 1.

    All my purchases were placed on December 19th and December 23rd.

    Chapter 1: Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice, The Maze Runner, and Marvel's The Avengers: Age of Ultron

    Chapter 2: Final Fantasy XV, Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials

    Chapter 3: Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, Dr. Strange

    Did I miss something? I have records of all these purchases and they all exceed the $30 minimum for each Chapter. Please let me know as soon as possible so I can make the additional purchases if need be, but I should definitely have all 3 Chapters completed.

    I have preordered almost all of the content for the "A rewards story" punchcard but its not showing up, what do I do

  3. A Rewards Story: Eligible Purchases Aren't Counting Towards Completion

    Hello!

    I made quite a few purchases from the Xbox Marketplace that are on the eligible content list for the "A Rewards Story" reward. However, 3 of my purchases are not showing up on My Missions page, making it so that my reward is incomplete. Is there anyway to
    remedy this? I appreciate any time and help on this matter, thanks!

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We are working on an issue where some purchases are not being properly tracked due to bonus/enhanced content purchases of titles. While our platform team works on a fix, we will adjust your account now for completion of the
    offer. You should see the Credits pending by the end of next week.
