    Hello!

    I made quite a few purchases from the Xbox Marketplace that are on the eligible content list for the "A Rewards Story" reward. However, 3 of my purchases are not showing up on My Missions page, making it so that my reward is incomplete. Is there anyway to
    remedy this? I appreciate any time and help on this matter, thanks!

    Pre order 3 games reward not activating

    Hello AndrewJWheeler,

    Only pre-order purchases during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since your purchase of Halo Wars 2 was not made within the current Games on Demand offer period, it was not eligible for that offer. That purchase in December went towards the Rewards
    Story offer, but you only completed one chapter with that purchase. That offer required the completion of three chapters to be Rewarded.

    Warriors rewards event, DLC included?

    Only the game purchases listed on the FAQ will count towards this offer. Unfortunately, add-on content will not be eligible for completion of Warrior Rewards.

    I can confirm that some of your movie purchases were not properly directed toward the correct chapter. We will adjust your account to properly reflect these purchases, which should complete the offer for you as well! You should see the changes and pending
    Credits by the end of next week, at the latest.
