Discus and support A Reward Error in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I spent 20 Dollars on a game and i received nothing through the rewards system???     Also do u get any points if you purchases a Console or physical game through Microsoft?

    Is there a transaction problem with xbox live currently?

    I got the same error when trying to redeem a 100 point Bing reward. I'll post if I find out anything. I am going to email Bing rewards.

    Can anyone else connect to Xbox live?

    im getting a mtu error, if u help ill reward anyone.. im really frusterated that its not working..

    In order to receive credits for purchases, the purchase either has to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time of purchase, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There is an offer to receive credits for preordering
    physical copies through microsoftstore.com (in the US), but Rewards offers are only for digital orders from the Xbox store.
