    Hi just got E-mail from service center a replacement xbox one is on its way back to me.

    the one thing is that i had Call of duty ghost installed on my old one which a brought second hand

    so i had no DL code so how do i Re DL the game back onto new xbox one.

    @Visage, I'm fairly certain they don't even guarantee the exact same model. If they don't have any limited edition ones in stock then you won't get a replacement limited edition. They do what they can, but there's reasonable limits. I also find it amusing
    how many people get sent to the forums for things that the forums have literally nothing to do with.

    @Ralak, You can try setting up another repair and hoping you get a better one, or you can send a letter to Microsoft Corporation One Microsoft Way Redmond, WA 98052-7329, that's pretty much the extent of your options.

    Complaint - Console replacement

    Microsoft guarantees a functional console of the same model in either a new or refurbished state. They do not guarantee your same console. They do not guarantee against minor physical blemishes.

    Hi Lawlesspig,

    When you mean installed you mean brought from the Xbox Live Market place?

    If thats the case, no problem. You just log in with your username / password, and the game is available for download. Also the pass you use to play online is also there.

    If you installed it from Disc, its still no problem. You have the disc? In that case, install it again. And if you activated your Season pass, you will have the ability to download the pass again.

    hi no it was already to play when i got console so i had to do nothing. but as i played game would it be saved any where i looked on my xbox one profile on smart glass it says i have played game but cant find any save

    Hi,

    Savegames should always be saved to the cloud by default on XB One, could be that it didn't have time to sync the save games to the cloud prior to you console replacement.

    Sad to hear that, but keep grinding and you'll get there!

    Also check to make sure the new console is set as your "Home Console" That way other people can play the games you purchase on your console and everything you purchase will be homed to the new system.
