Hi.Bought the game Forza horizon 3 for the PC.System requirements my PC fits the recommended,but even at the minimum fps drops and crashes happen.Waited for patches and updated everything that could be.I want to return the game because it works not
stable.Thank you for understanding

Refund for a game

You can log into your Microsoft account on the website and navigate to recent purchases and select to get help with the order or you can visit Contact Us | Xbox Support and
open an online support chat with the Xbox support team to request the refund. Please note purchases on the Xbox Store are final but you may qualify for a once-off refund.

I would like to get a refund on a game i digitally bought called Guts And Glory, I played probably less than a hour of it and I did not find it enjoyable

Go here xbox.com/refund, sign in with the account that was used to get the game, and it should show if a refund is available for that game. If refund is available then select and start
the refund process.

Try logging in with the account that purchased the game on here xbox.com/refund, and you will find a list of games or apps that are eligible for a refund, just select the game, and start the refund process.

The only way is to get a refund for the game here xbox.com/refund, then purchase the game as a gift.

hahah same problem here , i refunded a game and its approved with no email saying thats its refunded and also the game is still playable now even with the refund it approved , but my guess here is the refund system is bugged 100% because the refund isn't going through , the status of the game is "completed" on microsoft order history instead of "refunded" , so yeah xD
