A recurring problem.

Ok, so here's the initial problem: My keyboard and home button won't function. I know how to fix the problem: Hard shutdown, unplug, wait, plug it back in, turn it on,

fixed..... but it only lasts for a little while. Now the problem keeps happening. Is there any
PERMANENT solution?

fix your mobile app! it's impossible to load messages and the app keeps freezing and crashing.

Ok so you know the hard reset but try this before you hard reset it. Go to settings then to disc and bluray then click on bluray.after that clear the persistent storage five times yes five times. Then hard reset and you should be good to go.
