    Hey so there was a random email that popped up as a profile on my xbox. Is it possible someone can add themselves on your xbox without actually doing it on the xbox? Confused how it got there.

    I would call xbox support to be sure, you can't be too careful with technology these days

    A lot of times, people can create a profile by accident when signing into the xbox for the first time and they do not realize they did this. You can remove the profile in settings under account.
