    First I would like to apologize to some that may see this post as unimportant or insignificant - some may consider it spam... It is not my intention to upset any of you, I just wanted to say that I am very pleased with the support team, I know they work
    very hard, and yet have to constantly deal with irritated, aggravated, and down right rude beyond acceptance people daily just because they cannot live in a perfect world where their Xbox service is always available... anyway, back to the point... I was very
    pleased and impressed with how quickly the support team jumped on this specific issue earlier this morning. The moment I was experiencing issues relating to "Purchasing, Downloading & Redeeming on Xbox 360", I quick hopped on my laptop, typed in the error
    code, and immediately became aware that the issue was known and they are already working on it... and this was very shortly after any incidences of problem had been reported... and best of all, they will text me when it is fixed and up and running again!!
    I don't have to wait around and keep trying over and over again trying to get back to my gaming, they will let me know, I love that! I guess I just wanted to say "thank you" to the support team for working hard and doing all you can to make us grumpy, ignorant,
    obnoxious people you have to deal with each and every day, happy. I don't think people appreciate the work you do, but I just wanted you to know that I do. Keep up the good work. =D

    Can I please ask that you create your own thread so that the support team can give you a more personalised response. This also makes it easier for them to manage, and thus a quicker response for you.

    Lost fallout 3 code

    Hi everyone!

    Just to reiterate my previous comment so that you all know in the future, all Xbox Live messages (whether from friends or Xbox) expire after 30 days. If there are any messages with a code in (like the Fallout 3 promotion) then the code needs to be redeemed
    within this time frame.

    A member of the Xbox Forums Support team will comment on this thread soon and they may be able to get those codes back to you.

    Also, in the future, can I please ask that you create a new post of your own as it is easier for the support team to manage, and therefore you'll get a quicker response.

    well this is more where the community helps out, where alot of the people on here might have had the same issue and/or know how to fix it.

    rather than making a statement on the support, try giving us some information on what the issue is and people will try and help :)
