    Why on xbox we need xbox gold for playing fortnite and on ps4 we dont need ps+ and on Nintendo, Nintendo online individual???

    You can't store DLC on the Cloud, as I recall, just save files.

    I don't think that there's sufficient space to store any significant DLC data, is there not a 512MB limit to what you can store on the Cloud?...:)

    I want to say that it was increased from 512 MB in the last Fall Update, however I can't find any official info on that. I can confirm that only Save Games can be uploaded to the Cloud, not DLC.
