Hey Microsoft hopefully you see this. After the May 17th update my xbox would not connect to the house internet yet everything else in my house is working fine. The internet in the house is working fine yet a day later after rebooting everything and following all your instructions online my xbox still does not work and i've tried getting assistance from you guys, but have gotten none. One representative said that it is my xbox, but my xbox was working fine until I received the update on May 17th from you Microsoft. I have also seen other people on multiple other platforms who have had the same problem. I would hope Microsoft would be a company that would stand behind it's products, which includes updates. This is an issue that you should be fixing as you were the ones who created it through the sending of your update. Last time I checked Sony users have never dealt with this.

I tried online support however the only person I talked to was a pre-recorded automated voice. I attempted your steps for an offline system update. Unfortunately my OS version is not one of the 11 listed and my laptop is not a pc. This is a problem I can't fix. Im also sorry to say that if I were to buy another console it won't be with Microsoft. I wouldn't want to drop $700 on something that will get wrecked by one of your updates.

I am awfully sorry to know about your situation. Since you have already gone through a lot of troubleshooting steps, I would like you please to over one last step. Please follow the steps mentioned in the link below to perform an offline update on your case since the matter discussed is about the system update.

You will also need to make sure that none of the following ports is blocked from your internet service provider's end: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

I don't think changing your password will sign/log you out of devices automatically. You'd have to do that manually methinks. Not sure though. If a part of the service needed to be synced up or something I suppose it would check your deets and ask for a
fresh log in.

The Blops 3 beta isn't due for roll out until August. PS4 gets earlier access than Xbox One and PC. If you want details and updates about it I'd suggest signing up for a newsletter over at the official game website. Or sign up for Activision's newsletter.

Have exactly the same situation. I thought it was kind of strange that there's nothing about similar circumstances in the FAQ.

When it says that it will delete all security info up to that date, I believe it is saying it will delete all information regarding that Microsoft Account or pertaining to that email. You should be able to add a new email, delete the old one, and set up
new security measures.
