hello, why AE Access and Game Pass are not part of Xbox Live Gold, I believe that someone who would take a 12-month Xbox Live Gold subscription, should have AE Access and Game Pass included with his subscription.

Yer, you are going to need a lot of space if you want to download all the DLC's. I recommend that if you are running out of space you delete or transfer some of the data (games or apps you don't use) from your Xbox hard drive.

EA Access is a third party subscription. So it's not something Microsoft can add to gold.

Not everyone wants/needs game pass. So if it were added to gold, people would complain that they're paying for something they never use so the price would need to be lowered.

Go to http://myservice.xbox.com to register your device. From there you should be able to request a replacement headset. I am not sure as I am on my cellphone and will test when I am on my laptop

No need to buy a brand new copy, you will be fine if you purchase a used copy.

Games released before the Xbox One X is released will more than likely just get a patch (quite a sizable one at that) to get them ready for the X, some may already have all that code built in from the start though, and all it will take is to plug your external
hard drive into the X and press play.

After the Xbox One X is released though most games (not all) will have the "X code" built in, so there shouldn't be any patch updates.

Basically you'll only need to buy one game, there will never be an Xbox One version of a game and a totally different Xbox One X version, all Xbox One games work on either console.
