A question for a friend

I have a friend that recently had gamerscore taken away for no apparent reason, he then had an enforcement action put on him for modding two achievements on halo 3 that he doesn't even have, he contacted an ambassador that told lies and had false information
and claimed he missed, was then rude to him and then blocked my friend, after that, he contacted a supervisor and the supervisor said that he didn't have the power to do anything about that

You can simply purchase your friend the required amount of Microsoft Points. It's not exactly gifting the game, but at least they can purchase the game themselves with the points you got them.

Just make sure if you take this route, you're purchasing points compatible with the region your friend is living in (assuming you both aren't in the same region). This is because Microsoft Points are regionally restricted, so points purchased in the United
States wouldn't work with accounts in the United Kingdom etc.

No. There is no way to gift anything over Live.

 

The enforcement team does not use these forums. The only place your friend can contact them is via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com

I am not going into details because the forums is not the place for it.

 

Here is proof that he did tell me the 2 achievements I modded. I'm not trying to cause trouble on the forums but I can't allow an ambassador to literally lie about what he told me.

 

You don't have to have any tools to check someone's achievements. Unless you have them hidden you can easily see them on anyone's profile and modded achievements are very easy to spot.

 

As you have been told several times,anyone can see your achievements unless you have your games hidden.

You can see my achievements if you want,i don't have my games hidden.

I have not lied to you once.

And if that other pic of that chat was aimed at me then I did not at any time claim to have tools to see if a account was modded.

The 2 achievements I mentioned were just examples,there are a lot more modded achievements on your account & again,absolutely anyone can see them if they want by comparing games.

 

You said those two were clearly moded. If I modded over 30 games I doubt that they would still let me even log into my profile. The 2 achievements you said I "moded" aren't even unlocked. I never even earned them. I can look at what game achievements i unlocked on
my own profile. I've already talked with the Xbox support manager and you can't look at what's moded all you're doing is naming achievements you think are moded simply because they were reset. Every game was reset that I previously played before the reset.
That's over 30 games that I supposedly "modded"

 

The Xbox support manager told me the only gamerscore that's supposed to be removed are games that are moded. But even skyrim, a game that you can play online/offline was reset. And none of the achievements require you to be online for that game.

 

As I told you when you receive a Gamerscore reset ALL xbox 360 achievements are reset.I also told you phone/chat support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.

Both are online only achievements & must have a time/date stamp.The only way they could be unlocked while offline is by modding

So basically I "modded" for 5 gamerscore because you get nothing for the second one. Who would waste their time modding for gamerscore, 5Gamerscore. And l got reset on Xbox one games room not just 360 an example of a game that was reset on Xbox one is Minecraft.
Says the date and when i unlocked them yet i got nothing. How come Xbox support says you can't see who unlocked achievements offline as an ambassador yet you can?
