You can be an Insider but not on any System builds. It would allow you to test games and apps they have, such as Sea of Thieves Insider builds or Minecraft insider builds while still being on the current system OS, if you want.

I have the same issue but it might be because I am also an Xbox Insider and have my console on a preview build. Most people I spoke to about this issue said that this is probably the main reason. I have an Xbox One X that I bought only one month after
its original release. I suspect that there is some dust built up inside the fans and wents but still it is very loud. I hope that Xbox Series X is going to be quieter.

As far as I can tell all those ports are open. I have no idea what an "insider build (Beta OS)" is so that I do not know. It's weird because my xBox one is having problems but my brothers Xbox Series X is working fine.
