A puzzling dilemma

Doing the Microsoft puzzles, as you gather points for what you've completed, you move onto a new category when they're all complete. I've finished many catagories, my points are up over 62000, and were over 70000, the last category I chose had about 30
puzzles, I only completed about 4-5, and the category just disappeared from my downloaded puzzles. The category was " European Tours", so I lost all those points that I used to get the download. One of the other catagories has also frozen up on me, mid
puzzle, with the remainder all being locked, so I can't finish any of it. I think you need to fix this issue, and let me know when it is working. TZ

Puzzling Connection Problem

So, I've been in place and using xbox live for a long time, no changes to setup today, but suddenly, one of my xboxes can't connect to xbox live. I have 2 xboxes on the same wireless network, identical configurations (xbox 360 originals, linksys wireless
bridges in place) and starting just today, one can connect but the other can't, testing network connection validates internet connectivity, but fails connecting to xbox live. Help? Here's all the info I have:

What Country/State/Province do you live in? US, Ohio

Modem brand & model number: Motorola SurfboardSBG6580

Router brand & model number: DLink DIR-825

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? Wired to wireless bridge Linksys WGA600N Gaming Adapter

Things you have tried: Restarted modem, router, bridge via power removal for 30 sec+, repeated power cycle on xbox, verified all network settings still set to "automatic"

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown - Yes

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT? No

Any Error Codes you encounter: No error codes, just inability to connect to xbox live

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Time Warner Cable
