A proposal for "Tag Mode".

This has been answered sooo many times by the actual devs themselves when double helix had its forum up.

KI is a 1v1 fighting game, and I apologize to say this, but... Thank god it is.

What I proposed in DH's forum at the time was to add a "tournament mode" where players can compete in "brackets" sort of like the NBA playoffs tree. Or like (Naruto Ninja Storm 3 for Xbox 360 - "YouTube that" and add tournament mode after so you can see
it live.

However, give the person hosting the tournament mode, different options to manipulate the brackets, and therefore can actually make a team of 4/5 people vs. another team of 4/5 people.

In the end, it's still a 1v1 affair, but actual teams competing!

I like all of this except for the tag idea. I think it should 3K+3P but all of this is pretty good

GUYS. @ToneSim has already had his opinion criticized enough on the season 2 ideas thread. This thread was created for (as I see it) constructive feedback on ideas for a Tag mode specifically. While I personally don't want to see Tag in KI, he has the right
to his opinion and to discuss with others that would want this mode added. Let's try to keep the forums respectful of everyone's views. If you want to criticize the Tag Mode idea (@KRS 0N3 and InoTron particularly), continue to do so in the season 2 thread.
Let @ToneSim have his opinion and discuss it positively.

@ALTHALUS Thanks for that, nail on head.

@JEFFRON I would have gone with that for ease of use, but 3p/3k is already used for shadows and ultras. I tried to make it so that the base of gameplay doesn't change.

The only thing even remotely like this I think they should implement is "team" battles, like old console KI had. Where you have a certain number of characters on your team, and the first person to run out, lost, no tagging or anything like that... perhaps
they could something like this with lobbies 2 teams of 4 and each person plays their character, the first team to get 4 losses loses. That could be kinda cool too, and wouldn't really take all that much development to put in the game, but I am not so big
into the tag team thing.

that is much better then a tag battle. i may play tekken tag 2 alot but no way in hell i would play this if tag was on it. It would definetely mess up the playstyle.
