    A proplem with the messaging


    Hi, My name is Kareem with a gamer tag . I am physically located in Jordan but all of my profile and console are in US. I am having issues with messaging using my console and party chat as well. I have this issue for more than 3weeks now
    but still, I have the same problem. The error message that I am receiving is "message is not sent" and "Messaging isnt working for your account . Go to
    Why Can’t I Send Messages from Xbox One or Xbox App? to get more information and see how you can fix it."

    I have contacted your chat support representative. We did some work around with the console and my profile. Still nothing works. Based on the work around, I need to post this concern on this forum page for additional assistance. I hope you can help me.
