you will never get baned or kicked out of any service or club that way

there used to be a method to challenge console bans but it proved unpopular due to 100% of the people actually knew why they were baned and couldn't deal with the consequences

if you have access to the purchasing console then you can use it on any profile

however since your account is permanately baned

once an account is baned everything attached to it including DLC and achievements and subscription time and ms points are forfeit

if the console was used you will have to take it up with the seller

used consoles are sometimes sold because they were baned due to modifications

thats between you and the seller

consoles that were baned for the mistake were reinstated
