A profile change has occurred message while gaming XBox One

Your solution has worked for me! I had no idea that this was a somewhat known glitch, kind of like the "A sign in change has occurred" message that sometimes pops up in the 2nd and 3rd game even if you didn't change profiles. (That one is annoying, but it
doesn't cause any major trouble.)

It's also worth noting that her gamer picture has reset to the default avatar picture for all features throughout Xbox.com. On the Xbox 360, her gamer pictures appears as it regularly does, at least from the friend list.

I suggested that she delete and redownload her Xbox profile to her Xbox, but an error occurs when she attempts to delete the profile from her Xbox; the message is the standard 'an error occurred while performing that action'
