    Hello! Not long ago I bought Xbox One S. When I turn on any games and play them, I have small squares around the screen. What can I do about it?

    Kinect Adapter for Windows V2 with XBOX ONE S

    Hello everyone, I have a Kinect Adapter for WindowsV2, and recently I bought a XBOX ONE S with Kinect for XBOX ONE, I wonder if I can use this adapter with my console XBOX ONE S, I'll have a problem ?, thanks

    power saving mode boot question

    Microsoft rep had me plug directly in the wall and the system boots normal. I previously had the Xbox One S plug into the monster surge protector strip with my TV. That was the problem. Microsoft rep told me that the Xbox Box One S has a built in surge protector.
    I going to use the Xbox One S today and if the problem does not return I will keep the Xbox One S. The Microsoft rep told me to exchange if the problem does return. Thank you for the help.

    A problem with Xbox One S.

    If you mean pixels then it could be an issue with the HDMI cable or the HDMI port on either your tv or console.

    Are the squares there when just on the home screen?
