a problem with the game launch

Hi there is a problem with the game forza horizon for xbox 360: When you start the game an error "disk error, the disc can not be read", although I have the electronic version of the game, that is, I have no disk was not originally the past. It all started
after the change of the console to a new breakdown in the old mind. I tried to reinstall the game, reset the settings and completely format the console, none of this helped. Can this be fixed?

UPDATE: None of the fixes work, but I found out that the problem is time related. The games/apps are playable in a certain time frame with a few exceptions. From 1:00 am to 8:00 am CST, all games and apps launch okay with little problem. Anytime before or
after said time frame, the games/apps don't launch with a few rare exceptions that one of games do launch, but said game will not be playable online.

hi, i am very upset, i bought the xboxone with the game assssin Creed origins and i thought that the game was on a DVR but it was only a code to install it. With the last update, impossible to launch the game, no way to Get assistance of Microsoft in France
