Problem with Gears of War 3 activation

Hello everyone. I receive my Gears of War 3 code with GoW UE. When I tryed to activate it I see folloving error:80150017. This is a region lock error.

On forum wrote, that "If you are under #1(Your physical location and your account's region are not matching, and that's why you are receiving this error), then you will need to make sure your account matches your physical location to be able to redeem"

But my country does not supported by xbox one and I use nearest supported country. That's why I can't do this condition.

What should I do?

 

The codes are universal so they are not region locked. Gears 1 and 3 are region locked. So if your account region does not match your physical location, that will give you issues redeeming the codes.
