    (Visited xbox.com/support and no way in any form am I being supported or helped. I just get turned around here and there and everywhere and told to troubleshoot but every tests turns out fine just can't sign in to xbox live and there isn't any place or rhyme
    or reason to why I can't sign in. I just see that so many other people are getting jerked around here and there and everywhere and getting not one legit reason why we can't sign in)

    Well, here I am in support posting in a forum when I could be enjoying my downtime at home watching a movie or playing a game but nope I gotta write this long drawn out question on an xbox forum to simply ask.....

    WHY CAN'T I SIGN IN? I DID ALL THE TROUBLESHOOTING AND NOTHING SEEMS TO BE WRONG EXCEPT FOR:

    I CAN'T SIGN IN.

    Please make me understand why i pay for a service, which i understand could be down sometimes but it is not down....i have internet and i am connected to xbox live.....

    But guess what?!?!?!?! I cannot sign in!!!!!

    I was connecting to xbox live just fine until i was suddenly kicked from my party and disconnected from live. Now every time I try to log on I receive the disgusting message shown in the title. Nothing has changed since I was online, so why can i no longer
    connect? If this problem continues, I will no longer pay for live services, when i cant even use them.

    Okay. I am going to offer a suggestion that works many times but nothing is 100%.

    Log out of all profiles on the console. Then remove your profile from the console. Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back
    of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and try logging in.

    I've the same problem and it has nothing to do with the NAT type (it's open). It worked fine till this morning (I didn't change any settings).
