    A problem joining the Xbox live rewards


    Hello everyone, I have been tried a lot of times to join this program but it always says that I can't join the program cause it's not available in my country ( I am in the US). Then I tried to join the program with my second account (which I don't really
    use) and I succeeded, without any problems. Why it happens and what is the problem? Thanks for your help.

    Never received pionts for signing up for Bing rewards

    I have not received my 2000 Xbox live rewards credits for singing up joining Bing rewards. Please help and fix this issue

    Hello ViaticEran king,

    We are receiving Israeli billing information for your account. Since we use this information to perform deposits of Rewards Credits as currency, you cannot join the program. Israel is not a Rewards program region.
