A possible refund for a game?

Hey there,

my question is simple.. Is there any way for me to get a refund for a game I recently bought? It's Kingdom Come: Deliverance and the reason I'd like my money back is simple.. the game doesn't run on my Xbox One S as well as I hoped it would. I'm not talking
about graphics, but about the optimization of the game. The game is laggy even in the first 30 minutes of gameplay and the items take far too long to appear (I didn't play any longer than that).

The product is not really 100% optimized and that's why I'd like my money back.

Ah, sorry about that, didn't realize. If you purchased the title digitally, you should be able to sign into your Microsoft Account page at
account.microsoft.com and then click on Payments & Billing and select Order History. From there, you can find the order in the list, and click "Get order help" underneath it. That
should take you to a page that has details on how to request a refund for the region that your Microsoft Account is associated with.

Please let us know if there are any issues going through those steps for your region, but that SHOULD allow you to get the info you're looking for for the region you're in. Sorry for linking to the wrong info. Best of luck!

Since I'm not in an english speaking region, the link you provided is not working. I have searched all basic means of refunding a product.. I can't refund the game from my purchases page, nor can I find any e-mail to which I could post this question. That's
the reason I'm writing here, becasue I couldn't find any other way of adressing this issue.
