A positive from a negative

I just wanted to say thank you to Xbox support staff member June. I had the unfortunate luck of needing to send my console in for repair. While on the phone with Xbox support I spoke with June. While her manner wasn't as "professional" as I might have
expected she was a joy to work with. She got all my information accurately and answered all of my question regarding what to do for my repair. She explained all of my options in detail. She even called me back when I had to get off the phone. I find that "
proffesionals" can be a bit stuffy, but my conversation with June was quite entertaining and took me out of the bad mood I was in. I just wanted to post a positive note about the support I received as these forums seem to be full of negatives. So a big thank

Why did Microsoft change my positive "rewards" (Gold bars) from a positive of 40,000 to a negative.

Why did Microsoft change my positive "rewards" (Gold bars) from a positive of 40,000 to a negative of 40,000? Cannot buy new collections. Is this to make me purchase with cash?

Glad to see a positive review, Most of the time folks only talk about negative encounters.

Yeah not every tech support agent out there is going to be horrible. You will get some horrible tech support agents, but there are good ones. And it's clear you talked with one of the good ones.

 

Exactly my point BongKaos. Not enough people write about good experiences. I have a theory that the more people receive a good review on their job performance the more likely they are to go above and beyond to do everything they can do to help you.
