    A Plea For Help :( Regarding My Series X


    Hi everyone, I have been through the ringer with Microsoft regarding my new Series X and I am feeling EXTREMELY defeated...

    I had to send my original day 1 series x to the return center to get it fixed for pixelation issues, and they “fixed it” but never did and sent me the same one back... 2 weeks later I finally send them back the same one and I just got my new REPLACEMENT 3/27 and have been dealing with the Xbox randomly powering off for 3 out of the 4 days I’ve had it!!! I feel SO defeated and can’t win, it’s not fair man. Does anyone else have an explanation as to why this happens? Should I send this one back too, or is this something Xbox can fix with firmware updates ?? This one was Manufactured in December 2020 so I know the replacement they sent me is brand new. Smh

    PLEAS HELP

    It will update with any account (make a new one for the update). I'm not so sure that your real problem isn't that the password to your modem (on xbox) may get deleted when you restart your modem. Try checking all your internet setting on your xbox, then
    (if you have problems with getting the update) make a temporary account.

    I understand your excitement about a remastered version of WWE 2k14 for Xbox Series X. However, as far as I know, there is no official news or announcement regarding a remastered version of WWE 2k14 for Xbox Series

    As for backward compatibility, WWE 2k14 is not compatible with Xbox Series X.

    On the other hand, WWE 2K23 is available for Xbox Series X and features improved graphics and a deep roster of WWE Superstars.
