A player has disconnected-Dead Rising 3

Having Issues with Dead Rising 3 co-op. Anytime myself or someone else tries to join a game, we get the "A player has disconnected" error. I have only been able to play dead rising three co-op with my brother once. I have an open nat, have tried resetting
the mac address, waited to start a party until we were both in the game etc. Unfortunately nothing so far works. I would really like to give the Xbox One a chance but right now it is pretty much a five hundred dollar paperweight.

What games should I get for my Xbox One?

I'm playing a lot of Dead rising 3 right now. It has single player that is a lot of fun.

 

Can't hear characters talk

I just bought Dead Rising 3 and all the audio in the game plays fine except for characters talking. Forza 5 and Assassins Creed IV play character dialogue just fine, Dead Rising 3 will not. Was feeling great about my launch day purchase but now I'm starting
to feel my console might have a defect. Has anyone else experienced this problem or maybe have a solution to allow me to hear characters talk in dead rising 3 so I can play it?

 

I mean I understand people are busy, I used to work for support, but usually people hear something within four days. A quick pop in to say we are looking into it would have been nice. Something other than silence.

 

yeah, support for this issue is crap. i bought dead rising at launch and was able to play coop with a friend one time. since then, we havent been able to play together. i can sometimes get in with random people, but they have a tendency to boot me. granted,
i havent tried playing dead rising for awhile, but i doubt it works yet

 

I play with a friend all the time. First we join a party for chat, then we each load up the game. Then one of us starts and then invites the other. If the invite party takes you to a screen where you choose your friend it will not work. If it just pops
up and says party invited then it seems to pull them right into the game.

Oh almost forgot, have to press and hold on the xbox logo light to power cycle system a lot to make it work.
