A player has been d dossing and threatening to steal my account

A gamer tag that is spelled [MOD REMOVED} has lagged me out of a party and i did not leave nor was I kicked from the party. He was threatening to steal my account on the night of january 30th 2014. Today which is the first of February he
logged into the account [MOD REMOVED] (no I did not misspell
[MOD REMOVED] that the way it is on his gamer tag) which is owned by some one else to the extent of my knowledge. then he proceded to join my xbox live party and speak through
[MOD REMOVED] account. I recognized the voice from the [MOD REMOVED] account. he had told me he just stole the account from
[MOD REMOVED]. He also said that his dad worked for microsoft and taught him how to d dos accounts. the kid sounds about 11-14. any help from forum directors or the community will be helpful. I also recognize that this may be a troll but am
unsure. I did not however hear his dad once through the microphone but and sure he was there. thank you for any help.

I'm afraid you can't name other players in forum posts like this one.

The first thing you need to do if you suspect the is happening is file a system tampering complaint via the players gamer profile on your xbox. (Each will then be looked at individualky by the enorcement team)

Then file feedback so they become an avoided player.

After that DDos attacks become ISP issues, see the post on the next link

You would need to file a complaint on him via the console and block communications with him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
