Hi,

A person in a party I was in called Xbox Support and lied throughout the entire thing. I only know this because he put the call through his microphone. He stated that I was apart of a supposed hacking team I think it was called "Lizard Squad" I am only
a kid 14 years old I cant do anything. I was friends with this person until he did this. This is one the many things that hhe said but I will not post them here because they are very inappropriate. I hope that nothing will happen to my account or console
so because I cannot afford a new console. Please reply as soon as possible becausd I'm very worried about this situation.

You can not offer to buy accounts, attempting to do so can get your account and or console permanently banned as it violates the www.xbox.com/legal/codeofconduct

Microsoft's Refusal to restore my points

Attempting to sell an account can/will get the account banned. Read the TOS, you cannot sell an account. Even worse for the person you sell it to, if you later claim your account was stolen they will go in and ban his xbox for purchasing a stolen account.
Just don't do it, read the console suspension forums for evidence.

The enforcement team are the only ones who have the ability to ban an account/console and the only way to file a complaint with them is through the console. So phoning support would not do anything. The enforcement team will only issue a ban if they have
proof that you have done something to violate the terms of service. If you've done nothing wrong, then you have nothing to worry about.

In the future, it would be best to just block communications with them and file complaints on them if they have done something to violate the terms.

That won't help me. Someone is calling in saying that they are me in attempts to have my console banned and the loss of my account. I know this person is an active account thief as he has NUMEROUS youtube videos with him on unauthorized access to other
user accounts.

I have a couple of questions.

1. What happens if someone were to purchase a banned console on accident & attempt to sign in on it?

I understand you wouldn't be able to do any online things, BUT would that account then instantly be banned for even trying to sign in on that console?

2. Say you game-share with someone... And his account gets banned + the console gets banned, do ALL accounts that were on that console at the time get banned to?
