hey my name [Mod Removed] my account got a perminant ban for no potentional reason and I checked my ban history and it says that I been banned for cheating even though I actually wasn't I'm just a legit player who loves to communicant and
play with players online my xbox gamertag Is.

My gmail associated with the account is [Mod Removed] please help me out with this situation I spent £350 worth of games on it and I have no way of accessing my account to download my stuff that I purchased

Hello, One of my Xbox accounts () was banned yesterday at first i did not know why but after reading i noticed a blue avatar will get you banned... When this was done( It was done by my older brother) I was told it was ALLOWED but now i know its not...
i do not think i should've recieved a PERMINANT suspension maybe a week or 2 but not perminant but the whole reason i am here is because i need to ask a question that will help me because i am a great customer to Xbox and do not want to put them through trouble
with the ban....Anyway my question is ...Can i transfer my Xbox live gold from that banned account to a new one considering that it has about 11 months left ? Please help! Thank you

Hi I have just received for the first time a "Perminant Suspension" on my account I was wondering how long it will be for and it is very Unhelpful the was it is worded!

That's a very long story dude and I'm sorry you've got your old account now perma banned.

Sadly, we're unable to assist with actions taken by the Enforcement team here on the forums. The Enforcement team does not use the forums, so they will not be able to respond here, unfortunately.

Please reach out to them at http://enforcement.xbox.com/ to submit a new case review if necessary.

But if you've already made an appeal and the decision was upheld then I'm very sorry but that will be the end of it and there is nothing anyone in here can do.
