    Can you guys hurry and fix the enforcement site so I can submit a case review? Because I feel like my suspension isn't justified since I quoted something offensive that someone said in a voice message on Xbox. They reported me and I immediately got permanently suspended even though it was my very first offense on my account.

    What does it mean to get permanently suspended

    It's most likely not permanent, but there is a suspension. There's an issue with the notification system showing everyone they have a permanent suspension.

    If you have received a permanent suspension, it is the only enforcement action that you need to be concerned with. Permanent suspensions cannot be replaced/overturned/overridden by temporary suspensions.

    Also it has been showing alot of people permanent suspension when in fact it is a shorter suspension. My account currently shows a permanent suspension but support told me it is a 1 week suspension.

    Clarification on ban

    All suspensions list information for what happens during a temporary suspension and during a permanent suspension. Since the suspension lists and end date, that means it's temporary. If it was permanent, the end date would be 12/31/9999
