    im having an issue accessing the update beta's forum. every time i try to visit it i keep getting a "group does not exist" page.

    This happens quite often give it 24 hours and try again. If all else fails give Xbox Support a call and they can adjust your settings for you regarding renewals.

    Runtime errors usually occur on certain browsers. As Major Iris said, you will want to wait about a day before usage. Until then you want to try using another broswer.
