    Hi A new Xbox one with expired game code :)

    I'm new here and in xbox world ,, I just bought 2 xbox one each with fifa 2016 game from Gamestop denamrk

    after opening the box i found that fifa code must be redeemed before june 2016 !!! The seller confirmed that i got 1 TB xbxo + the game but now the code is useless

    What should i do ?

    As it said in object, I bought yesterday a Xbox One S in a physical Shop.

    A new one, with Assasins Creed.

    Assassins Creed Code OK

    Game Pass OK

    Xbox Box live Gold Trial KO ... Expired code A new Xbox one with expired game code :(

    Is there any way to have a new one ?

    You'll need to reach out to the seller. Codes do sometimes expire and it appears that this one does. We don't have the ability to replace an expired code so they would be best to help out.

    The Seller --GameStop -- say the code was sealed in side the box with the konsol and so so it was offered from Microsoft , not from us

    Microsoft say this is Ea problem contact them , We cant generate codes

    Ea say this is Microsoft problem as we have no control over codes ,

    Unfortunately we don't have the ability to replace the code if it's expired. Sometimes the dates on the card are extended past the expiration date. Have you tried to redeem them yet? What error message did you see?

    Can't redeem a code

    Have you had this code for a long time?

    Because currently the perks offered by the ultimate game pass are 2 survival packs, one for PC, and the other for Xbox consoles, both have expiration dates to be redeemed. Survival package codes can be redeemed until 12/31/2021.

    If you have had this code for a long time maybe it has expired, as from what I remember this code was given in the last subscription perk update, and usually the codes always expire at the end of a new perk update which is current that we have today.
