    "A New Guard Page for the Stack Cannot be Created - system error" after starting assetto corsa


    When i try to open assetto corsa from Steam "A New Guard Page for the Stack Cannot be Created - system error" pops up, this only applies to assetto corsa. Any other game works as they should.

    I have read different articles about how to fix this problem, but none of them worked, and i don't think it's my RAM, although I have upgraded it from 16gb to 32gb. Something else you should know is that I have managed to play the game on my pc before i upgraded my RAM

    My pc specs:

    Intel core i5 12400f

    Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060

    32gb ddr4 3200mhz

    512gb m.2

    (translation = a new guard page for the stack cannot be created)

    Impossible to screen record in Assetto Corsa

    Some games do not allow you to create screenshots or video capture. Assetto Corsa might just be one of those games.

    I too have this issue.

    Bought Assetto Corsa, Just Cause 3 and Grand Theft Auto 4. I earned 3 achievements in Assetto Corsa then have something like 17 on Just Cause 3 but have been stuck on the of 5 on the Yolo mission for days. I have since gone back
    and earned another 2 on Assetto Corsa to make 5 for that game incase it has glitched.

    Thank you very much, but I actually just got it working and we tried many things but in the end launching from the ge force experience app worked, launching from the short cut or the xbox app didn't. Not sure how stable this is but hopefully it continues to work.
