A new game does not start

Hi,

I bought a game called "The legend of Korra" and dowloaded it. The problem is that it does not start. When clicking on it, it shows an image for one scond, then goes back to the menu.

Any idea how this can be fixed / debugged?

Game does not start

Hey guys!

This was an issue we were aware of. At this point, it should be resolved and all you should have to do at this point is restart the game.

Do let us know if that works (or doesn't) so we can be sure that everything's working as intended.

Game does not start!

I can not play Rainbow Six Siege, it goes to the menu and when I click to connect with the game servers it closes, without the least reason!

Sorry to hear it. There are two things you can try here.

1. Highlight the game and press the Start button on the controller then choose Quit and try again

2. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down

One of those should solve the issue.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling. Also create an EA account if you haven't already.

Typicslly a restart of the console fixes these issues for me
