A new fourth member of my group!

I am in the fourth group. I am going to buy an AMD R480 and play Xbox Anywhere.

To set up a group in Microsoft Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Note: The steps might slightly vary depending on the version of Outlook you're using. These instructions are based on Outlook for Microsoft 365, Outlook 2019, and Outlook 2016.

1. Open Outlook:
Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

2. Go to People (Contacts):
In the lower-left corner of the Outlook window, click on the "People" or "Contacts" icon. This will open the People module, where you manage your contacts and groups.

3. Create a New Group:
In the People module, look for a button labeled "New Contact Group" or "New Contact List." This button is usually located in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Click on it to create a new group.

4. Name the Group:
A new window will open, allowing you to create your group. Enter a name for the group in the "Name" field. This is the name that will appear in your list of contacts.

5. Add Members:
Click on the "Add Members" button. You can choose to add members from your existing contacts or create new contacts to add to the group. Select the contacts you want to include in the group and click the "Add" button.

6. Save the Group:
After adding members, click the "OK" or "Save & Close" button to save your group. The group will now appear in your list of contacts.

7. Use the Group:
You can now use this group to send emails, schedule meetings, and collaborate with the members as a single entity. When composing an email, for example, you can enter the group's name in the "To" field, and Outlook will automatically send the email to all group members.

8. Edit or Delete the Group:
If you need to make changes to the group (such as adding or removing members), locate the group in your list of contacts, right-click on it, and select "Edit" or "Delete."
