    Hello! I happen to have an issue with my Xbox home association and I want to know if it is pertaining to my WiFi and/or an internal bug within the Xbox itself.

    I have a limited edition Modern Warfare Xbox one that is now having an issue applying/setting an account in My home Xbox.

    I go to Settings > Personalization > My home Xbox and wait a long period for the screen to completely load the checking box border. After it does, I click the box and it loads without the '# of switches left' prompt, only for the box to uncheck itself once it's finished.

    I haven't had this problem before and have tried using others' support tickets to help; Examp: Resetting my Xbox, which removed all the accounts, checking my router, waiting the next day.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your home Xbox.

    Actually mate, we were able to receive an updates for this particular matter and home Xbox is part of on going issues right now.
    Getting you back to your gaming experience is important to us as it is for you, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that you're experiencing right now but I guarantee you that the engineering team is already aware of the issue and is working round-the-clock for a fix.

    For now we don't have a specific timeframe on when will it be fixed but they're also doing their best to have it resolved as soon as possible
    I wasn't sure if it was just me experiencing this or if it was a glitch in the system.

    I haven't seen a lot of posts recently talking about the issue, so I just assumed it was on my end.

    Hi Bad,

    Thanks for your post. It seems like the home Xbox assignment did not apply properly, to correct this try a hard reset with steps here:

    Xbox One Hard Reset
    , If the issue persists try removing the home Xbox association and then re-designate the account as home Xbox. After, the console should have no issue using games and Xbox Live Gold from the account set as home Xbox. For more information

    Gold Pass not working on other profiles on the same console

    My suggestion is that you make your son's profile the home Xbox. The account that has no gold should be set to home inorder to share the subscription.
    No. The account with gold has to be the one to set the console as their Home in order to share. The account without gold setting the console as his Home would not effect sharing of the gold account.

    Maybe this was the issue. I set the console as home on my profile, maybe I need to do it from my older son's profile since he has the gold membership? If so how do i change that since i thought it applied to all the profiles if the console was set to the
    home from one of the profiles.
